If we change pedagogy, then we can break through everything that is holding us back in education. How do we know what new learning designs look like? Ask one another questions. How do we know what students know? Ask them questions. How do we know how well students can apply knowledge? Have students ask questions! No homework. No lesson planning. Make learning processes genuine and concrete and visible. Less teaching. More coaching.
